We set off up the centre of the glacier in search of ice caves.
Crossing rivers, streams, gullies, falls and creeks. Bright yellow signs proclaiming their names.
You arrive a day too late for a theatre performance. The train leaves at 11 but the gallery doesn’t open until 12. The weather just isn’t kind and the plane can’t fly. Sometimes you miss out.
