I’ve been waking up early and ticking off things from my to do list – it’s a recovery week in my ultramarathon training plan so time to catch up on life and blogging.
I’ve made it to half way through my ultramarathon training plan.
A busy day – from Swansea Bay parkrun to the rugby in Cardiff and back to Swansea for OMD. Fuelled by donuts and Burger King.

A week away for work, with early alarm calls and a busy schedule, feeling like I was just about just in time for everything.
Long runs getting longer; ultramarathon training is getting serious. Would I have the energy today? I was fuelled by oatcakes and got it done.
I’m going round in circles at the moment, but hopefully I’ll be able to run a really long way in May
